How to Root Samsung Galaxy Y

Requisites

1) A PC 

2) Working internet connection

3) USB Data Cable

4) Samsung USB drivers or KIES.

5) A Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 mobile phone.

 

 

Instructions:

step 1:  connect your PC to internet.(hope you have already done it as you are reading this :-))

step 2: Download zip file 

 CLICK HERE

step 3: Copy the update.zip file to your phone

    NOTE:COPY THE UPDATE FILE DIRECTLY IN THE EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD .

step 4: Now reboot your phone 

step 5: press VOL Up + Home + Power so it will enter in Recovery Mode

step 6: Now select “Install Zip from SD card.”

step 7: Select the cwm .zip if u dont have download from HERE

step 8: copy cwn file to your phone 

            NOTE: Copy the cwm.zip file and dont put in any folder

step 9: Enter in cwm recovery and  select 2nd option...

 

step 10: After finish reboot your phone

             YOUR PHONE IS ROOTED SUCCESSFULLY!!!!
